π¦ Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
π Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your orderβs weight, size, and destination. We also offer:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts)
- Flat-rate shipping options for select items
π¦ Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, we may ship items separately if your order contains parts from multiple warehouses or suppliers. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
π Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Alter Auto Sales is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to correct an address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@alterautosales.com or call 1 66 1567 7354. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
π Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Look around your property or in mailrooms.
- Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.
Still missing? Contact us at support@alterautosales.com and we will investigate. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
π¦ Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged items.
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
