Q: Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
A: We offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts. Each product listing clearly states the type, so you can choose what works best for your needs and budget.
Q: Can I get help identifying the correct part?
A: Absolutely! Our support team is happy to assist with part lookups. Contact us at support@alterautosales.com with your VIN number or vehicle details.
🛒 ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and select buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna or Afterpay (where available).
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account to check order status.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing and shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need changes.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within the continental United States.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
